We raise funds to bail out people from the Franklin and Hampshire County jails. We post bails and provide folks with rides when they are released.

We find bails when lawyers or friends and family of defendants fill out our referral form here.

Once someone shows up for their court hearings and their case is finalized, we get the bail money back and can use it to get more people out.

Since our founding in February 2021, we have bailed out over 110 people, and we bail out approximately 5 people per month. We cap the upper limit of bails we post at $1,500.

We are a non-judgmental bail fund; we do not factor charges, court history, and circumstance in posting bail.
