Your support ensures that we are able to release as many people as possible from pretrial detention in the Hampshire and Franklin County Jails.

Posting bail allows people to stay free while their case is being resolved and keeps them in their community and with their families.

People who are in jail, waiting for their case to be resolved, risk losing their jobs, their homes, and their children. They also risk their health (physical and mental) and, especially in the age of COVID, they may be risking their life.

Pretrial detention is unjust and inhumane.
